Offer Positioning + Pricing Strategy

YOUR OFFER IS MORE POWERFUL THAN YOU ARE PRESENTING IT

Most service founders undercharge, underpromise, or confuse their ideal clients with how they explain their work. Offer positioning is where strategy meets revenue. As a marketing agency for service founders, coaches, and consultants, we help you present your offer the way it deserves to be presented.

1. OFFER AUDIT + CLARITY ANALYSIS

We review your current offer language, pricing structure, and positioning against your market and ideal client to identify exactly what is creating friction or undervaluing your work.

2. OFFER POSITIONING REFRAME

We reframe your offer around the transformation it creates and the specific problem it solves - shifting the conversation from features and deliverables to outcomes and value.

3. PRICING STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT

We analyze your market positioning, competitive landscape, and client psychology to recommend a pricing strategy that reflects your true value and attracts clients who respect it.

4. OFFER MESSAGING + SALES LANGUAGE

We write the messaging you use to talk about your offer - in sales calls, on your website, in emails, and on social media - so you always know exactly how to present what you do.

Why service founders trust Reasonate Studio for offer positioning and pricing strategy.

Charge What Your Work Is Worth
Underpricing is not humility - it is a positioning problem. We help you understand the real value you deliver and build a pricing strategy that attracts clients who see it.
Clarity Is the Best Sales Tool
When your ideal client cannot immediately understand what you do or who it is for, they move on. Clear offer positioning makes the decision to reach out an easy one.
Position for the Clients You Want
How you position your offer determines who inquires about it. We position your work to attract the clients who value what you do, budget appropriately for it, and are easiest to serve.

Frequently asked questions

What does the onboarding process look like, and how quickly can we get started?

We start with a meeting with Kaitlyn to map out your roadmap for working together. From there, we move into a deeper strategy call to better understand your business, your goals, and your ideal customer. Once that foundation is in place, marketing plan execution begins about two weeks after the strategy call. (So we can get you up and going within two weeks of signing on with us!)

How much of my time will this require? Do I need to be heavily involved?

Not heavily. This is designed to be done-for-you, not another job on your plate. You’ll be involved where your insight matters most, like kickoff, approvals, and strategic direction, but we handle the heavy lifting. You bring the expertise in your business, and we'll make sure you're no longer the greatest kept secret.

Will I always work directly with Kaitlyn, or will I be handed off to someone on her team?

You’ll work directly with Kaitlyn. She leads the strategy, direction, and client relationship so nothing gets lost in translation. Behind the scenes, there may be trusted specialists supporting certain pieces of execution, but you are not passed off to a junior account manager or left managing a revolving door of people.

You mention only taking 5 new clients per month — how do I secure a spot?

The best way is to book your call as soon as you know you’re interested. We keep our client roster intentionally small so every brand gets real attention, not assembly-line service. If we’re at capacity, we’ll let you know the next available start date and can reserve your spot in advance.

Is Reasonate Studio a good fit if I'm just starting out and don't have a big following yet?

Yes. You do not need a huge audience to benefit from strong strategy. In fact, getting your positioning, messaging, and marketing system right early can save you a lot of wasted time and money later. Reasonate Studio is a strong fit for founders who want to start and grow with intention.
